I've been tagged...

Alyssa: I’ve been tagged by Mai, so here’s my response:

Four Favorite Jobs - I’ve only ever had one real job, so I don’t think that counts.

Four Favorite Local Places
1. Wilson’s Promontory – national park next to the sea 2 hours drive from Melbourne - great for hiking and camping trips
2. Chadstone shopping centre – supposedly the biggest shopping centre in Australia – I’m there nearly every weekend!
3. Noosa beach in Queensland - such a quaint beach town. I’ve only been there twice but I can see many future family holidays there.
4. Eureka apartment – we've lived here for 2 and a bit years now and could easily see ourselves staying here for the long run if we continued to live in Melbourne.

Four Favorite Foods
1. Sashimi and sea urchin sushi – yum!
2. Singaporean chilli crabs – double the yum
3. Cadbury crème eggs – one of the reasons I look forward to Easter
4.Sticky date pudding with caramel sauce

Four Favorite International Places
1. Angkor Wat in Cambodia –such a magical experience
2. South Island of New Zealand – first class ‘tramping’ experience
3. Japan - Robert & Tomoko introduced us to the onsen in Nikko and since then it has been one of our most memorable experience
4. Any 5 star tropical resort gets my vote

In other news, Yung & I at the last minute decided to go to watch the Cirque Du Soleil Varekai performance on Saturday night. I was expecting a bigger production but it turned out to be quite a small but fantastic show nevertheless. Some of the human acrobatics were truly amazing and at times I wondered if the performers had any bones in their body given their weird and wonderful movements just doesn’t look human.

I’m now 35/8.5 months preggers and 2 weeks away from being considered full term (and 2 weeks left of work until I start maternity leave). My belly feels heavier these days but my weight increase has slowed down significantly. Despite the drop in temperature in Melbourne (signifying the commencement of winter), I’ve been feeling nothing but the heat due to my pregnancy. In fact, at work I’ve joined the other older ladies (who are in their early 50’s and going through menopause) to campaign for the office air con to be cranked up to combat our hot flushes!
