Yung: This weekend, we drove out to Daylesford for lunch at the Lake House. Always winning awards "hats" in the Good Food Guide and famous for its local and home grown produce, the Lake House is indeed a very celebrated and coveted dining experience. With our judging tastebuds at the ready, we indulged in variety of dishes of kingfish capparcio, cabbage wrapped quail, roast pork cutlets and mustard glazed veal and beef medallions for the mains...and the verdict...well it was good but definately not great.
